Proven excellent financial management should cause Waterford folks to vote for the Republican slate of town candidates in the upcoming Nov. 5 municipal election. Dan Steward and Paul Suprin have overseen major projects, all of the town services, and have attracted significant new investment to our town. Dan and Paul are fiscal conservatives, and their stewardship of town finances shows this to be true. In order to continue managing the town in a fiscally responsible manner Dan and Paul need a strong team.
The candidates are middle-class folks like Mike Hannan. They have voluntarily spent a large piece of their time serving the town on boards and commissions.
I, like many of you, have chosen Waterford as my retirement home. Watching the financial situation of our country deteriorate makes us all aware of how important sound fiscal management is for our future.
I have come to know these Republican candidates as a member of the Waterford Republican Town Committee. I feel confident in asking you to vote for them in the upcoming November election. Please talk to your fellow Waterford citizens and get out and vote Nov. 5!
