Waterford — Federal agents and police descended on a home on Linda Avenue early Wednesday morning as part of undisclosed federal investigation, police said.

FBI agents were at the 18 Linda Ave. home shortly after 5 a.m. to execute a search warrant as part of a ongoing federal investigation, according to Waterford Police Lt. David Burton. Members of the Waterford Police Department’s investigations unit provided assistance, he said.

Details of the investigation were not available, and a representative from the FBI could not be reached for comment.
