Gabriella Grace Rodriguez, 18, of 15 Cape Ann Court, New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Luis Torres, 22, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. G-3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Reginald Payton, 24, of 681 N. Main St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and driving with a suspended license.
