Groton Town

Jennifer Franklin, 35, of 82 W. Coit St., No. 1, New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Raheeim G. General, 29, of 142 Montauk Ave., No. 3, New London, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy and second-degree threatening.

Kareem R. Mavis, 18, of 17 Tacoma Court, was charged Thursday with speeding and driving by a minor with elevated blood alcohol content.

New London

Trevor Julius, 37, in custody at the Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and possession of hallucinogens.

Jeffrey Evans, 38, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

Jose Rosado Jr., 19, of 40 Crystal Ave., was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and interfering with an officer.

Erica M. Ruiz, 34, of 40 Crystal Ave., was charged Wednesday with first-degree hindering of prosecution.

Maaseiyah Williams Sr., 40, of 185 Gay Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

Teshuah Williams, 41, of 52 Colman St., was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and tampering with evidence.

Tyrone Henry, 39, of 136 Collins St., Hartford, was charged Wednesday with posession of narcotics.

Donovan Baker, 43, of 6 Williams St., was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

Norwich

Robert Briere, 55, of Danielson, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Eric Natusch, 25, of Mansfield Center, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and violation of probation.

Nadir Harrison, 29, of 16 Terrace Ave., Taftville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal violation of restraining order.

Alyssa Day, 30, of Plainfield, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with interfering with police.

Ricky St. Pierre, 46, of Lisbon, was charged Wednesday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and improper hand signaling for turns.

Stonington

Alexander F. Faeth, 21, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Waterford

Joseph Dimella, 34, of 4 South Third Ave., Taftville, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.
