Charles Ross Russell, 31, of 358 Hazelnut Hill Road was charged Wednesday with driving with a refused/suspended registration or license.
Noel Orlando Perez, 54, of 62 W. Elderkin Ave., was charged Wednesday with first-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal trover damage to a car, breach of peace, second-degree harassment and risk of injury to a minor.
Melissa D. Farooq, 38, of 4 Main St., Niantic, was charged Jan. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a refused/suspended registration or license.
Jose Vazquez, 28, of 113 Boulder Drive was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.
Ryan Wilson, 23, of 51 Raleigh Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Brooke Laflamme, 25, of 12 High St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Corey A. Wojcik, 25, of 59 Woodside Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Preston with second-degree breach of peace and threatening.
Daryl Mullen, 27, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
