Groton City

Jesse W. Smith 3rd, 22, of 162 Mitchell St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, speeding and failure to carry insurance.

Groton Town

Shavette L. Driver, 22, of 173 Route 12, No. 421, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Rebecca Driver, 19, of 173 Route 12, No. 421, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Angela Y. Driver, 47, of 173 Route 12, No. 421, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Raul Melendez-Cruz, 42, of 43 Ivy Court was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Matthew J. Kessler, 47, of 173 Route 12, No. 308, was charged Sunday with improper use of a marker plate, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry a license.

Edward McDougal, 40, of Brooklyn was charged Sunday with fourth-degree larceny.

New London

Rachelle Hodges, 42, of 22 Grand St. was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Jennifer Stannard, 37, of 35 Union St., No. 419, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Norwich

Matthew Landoy, 31, of 136 Hunter Road was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Willie Griffin, 30, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Monday with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

Kevin Clemons, 24, of 18 Dydo Drive, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with third-degree forgery, fourth-degree larceny, three counts of sixth-degree larceny and two counts of third-degree burglary.

Stonington

Jason S. Simpson, 33, of 143 Federal St., first floor, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license or registration and traveling unreasonably fast.

Waterford

Tiff Pescatello, 50, of 24 Maynard Road, Salem, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

John Barber, 30, of 167 Brandegee Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
