Muhammad D. Woodhall, 25, of 59 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, threatening, sixth-degree larceny and using a motor vehicle or vessel without the owner's permission.

Justin C. Henderson, 32, of 13 Joliet Court, No. 31, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, two counts of second-degree threatening and two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment.

Katelyn M. Hickey, 19, of 44 Georgia St. was charged Monday with cruelty to animals.

Matthew D. Williams, 36, of 65 Riverview Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, failure to keep a reasonable distance and failure to keep minimum insurance.

Nichole Mitchell, 27, of 102 Whalehead Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Donna MacAllister, 45, of Bristol was charged Wednesday in Norwich with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Jordan Knowles, 28, of 41 Beebe Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Jeffrey Gardner, 43, of 56 Burdick Lane, Griswold, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility and traveling too fast for conditions.
