Mystic — The annual Taste of Mystic event, canceled earlier this month, is back on in a new location.
The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce said in a March 12 press release that it originally canceled the event “due to logistical considerations.” Now, the organization will partner with the Olde Mistick Village Merchants Association to collaborate on the event, which will be held the weekend after Labor Day.
“We will be ironing out details in the weeks to come and encourage the public to stay tuned as we make further announcements,” Chamber President Tricia Walsh said in the statement posted on the chamber’s website.
Staff from the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce could not be reached for comment Saturday.
