Friday in Old Saybrook: Seniors Can Get Tech Questions Answered
This Friday, April 4, State Senator Art Linares and AT&T Connecticut representatives will host an event in Old Saybrook to help seniors learn how to use their cell phones and other new technologies to stay connected with family and friends from across town or around the world.
The free workshop will begin at 12:45 p.m. at the Estuary Council of Seniors at 220 Main Street.
“These new technologies are exciting and they can help seniors stay connected to family and friends like never before,” said Sen. Linares. “But sometimes learning about a new technology can be difficult, and that’s why this event is aimed at helping demonstrate new technologies and answering questions about how to use them. I urge area seniors to stop by on Friday.”
