Darrell White, 41, of 248 Broad St., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Makia Bailey, 21, of Providence was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, fourth-degree larceny and two counts of possession of a shoplifting device.

Jamie Bailey, 19, of Providence was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school, fourth-degree larceny and two counts of possession of a shoplifting device.

Briton Underwood, 22, of 894 Bank St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration and traveling unreasonably fast.
