UCFS plans ribbon-cutting ceremony for Aug .13

Norwich – United Community & Family Services will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. Aug. 13 to celebrate the completion of its renovation and expansion of the Edward & Mary Lord Family Health Center at 47 Town St.

The event will also mark National Health Center Week. A light breakfast will be served.
