Jose Sam, 23, 302 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, failure to have minimum insurance, failure to renew registration, driving an unregistered vehicle, improper use of markers and driving a vehicle in violation of license classification.
Sara A. Murcko, 24, of 291 Osprey Drive was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

Richard Ortiz, 44, of 146 Huntington St., #6, New London, was charged Sunday with possession of a hallucinogenic substance.
Melanie B. Silva, 44, of 6 Fawns Meadow Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
Erica G. Sinclair, 29, of 82 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
Rhys T. Stockwell, 22, of Simsbury, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license or registration and misuse of markers.

Zackary Holden, 21, of 1847 Glasgo Road, Griswold, was charged Saturday in Griswold with violation of conditions of release and criminal violation of a protective order.
James Gaetano, 32, of 10 East Brook Drive, Waterford, was charged Sunday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling at an unreasonable speed.
