Sirgeorge Wordlaw, 24, of the Naval Submarine Base was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Teresa J. Anderson, 44, of 123 Oneco St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, illegal use of a marker or plate, possession of marijuana and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jeffrey Rivera, 25, of 10 Marcia Drive, Uncasville, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Matthew Stevens, 25, of 56 Otis St., Apt. B, was charged Friday with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Tianna Carnegie, 34, of Garwood, N.J., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Luis Gonzalez, 48, of 12 Pine St. was charged July 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
