Javier Casanova, 23, of 24 Michael Road was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Lucas Weber, 21, of 385 Broad St. was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.

Hector Pagan, 26, of 140 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Friday with first-degree threatening and third-degree trespass.

Rakim Seales, 18, of 103 Colman St., was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree breach of peace and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

Alden Harriman, 68, of no certain address, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Patrick Daly, 63, of 1478 Walnut Ave., Bohemia, N.Y., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

James Motowidlak, 50, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Shane Scarratt, 28, of 50 Shore Drive, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jose Berroa-Sanchez, 27, of 169 Third Ave., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and unsafe passing.

Tony Palardy, 26, of 365 Slatter Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jose Urena-Tejada, 43, of 177 Sandy Lane, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Benjamin W. Shiling, 32, of 307 Ross Hill Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Tjamel Fauntelroy, 26, of 10 Davis Farms Way, New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, sale of marijuana and disobeying an officer's signal.

Eric Malloy, 51, of 57 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration, misuse of license plates, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
