Lauren Manuel, 20, of 25 Forest Way, Colchester, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luis Francisco Davila, 34, of 25 Forest Way, Colchester, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Arcadio J. Ramos, 32, of 560 Jefferson Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jaclyn Lanata, 32, of 76 Bocinas St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

Tornando Robinson, 28, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with interfering with an officer, breach of peace and possession of a hallucinogen.

Norwich

Marlon A. Amaya-Nerio, 19, of 46 Raymond St., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jose A. Sancho, 21, of 207 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Carlito Pina, 26, of 306 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Friday with breach of peace, threatening and second-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher Edwards, 26, of 12 Cahoon St. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

Stonington

Daniel William Cracas, 21, of Torrington was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Ricky D. Avery, 24, of 43 S. Long Pond Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer and first-degree criminal trespass.

Andrew Sidhu, 25, of Weston was charged Friday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Kristina Wood, 24, of Oakdale was charged Friday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Joshua Michael Gluck, 22, of Plainfield was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass, breach of peace, and assaulting public safety personnel.

Waterford

Mark Hatch, 28, of 67 South Road, Bozrah, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Vincent Leatham, 33, of Dayville was charged Friday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an officer.
