They are popping up all over the country, from coast to coast flash mob events are happening where and when people least expect it. The small, unique and quite community of Durham is about to experience the ultimate flash mob event. Co-organizers Leslie White & I were looking for an unusual way to bring their community together, typical fundraising events were just not exciting enough.

Drawing inspiration from Diner le Blanc started in France in 1988 Lelise and I along we a team of dynamic women have created ‘An Evening in White’ on September 7th . Attendees will adhere to definite rules, which include white attire and table settings. Music, tables, chairs and table cloths will be provided. Guests must promptly arrive with their dinner in tow at 6pm at a location disclosed the morning of 7th, until then the location will remain a secret!
