    Groton City

    Anibal Crespo, 23, of 107 Benham Road, Apt. 22, was charged Monday with four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, sixth-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card, criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny and receipt of money or goods by illegal use of a credit card.

    Enroy G. Thomas, 32, of 73 Mansfield St. No. 1, Hartford, was charged Tuesday with speeding and driving with a suspended license.

    Groton Town

    John M. Sasman, 28, of 121 Roxbury Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.

    New London

    Edward Torres, 30, of Meriden was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Darius Beasley, 24, of 1567 Crystal Ave. was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Angela Dotula, 36, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with driving an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, driving with a suspended license and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.

    Stonington

    Bruce H. Butterfield, 48, of Charotte, N.C., was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Waterford

    Daniel Calkins, 44, of 9 Buschnell Place, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with suspended license or registration and use of a cellphone while driving.

    David Dumoulin, 25, of 25 Broad St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to use a turn signal.

    Jeffrey Davis, 18, of 78 Hunts Brook Road was charged Tuesday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Tony Jackson, 35, of 46 Deer Meadow Drive, Bloomfield, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher Shekmer, 26, of 22 Stoneheights Drive was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
