    Groton City

    Carole Anne Pothier, 34, of 122 North St., Apt. 61, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Caryn Alicia Giglio, 35, of 188 Meridian St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Efrain Hernandez-Montalvo, 20, of 103 Mather Ave. was charged Friday with driving while his license is suspended.

    Groton Town

    Margaret M. Dooley, 49, of 85 Mechanic St., 1st floor, Stonington, was charged Friday with driving while her license is suspended, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle.

    Brian W. Leighton, 42, of 260 Flanders Road was charged Thursday with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Alexander Larkin, 21, of 43 Alder Road was charged Thursday with falsely reporting an incident and second-degree making a false statement.

    Lewis A. Paige, 44, of 260 Flanders Road was charged Thursday with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    New London

    Ryan M. Barrow, 28, of 30 Germania Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving while his license is suspended and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Robert Santiago, 26, of 163 Huntington St., No. E-3, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear, three counts of risk of injury, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Richard H. Firth, 51, with a last known address of 25 Broad Street Ext., Groton, was charged Friday with assault on health care personnel and second-degree breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Tremayne Andrus, 40, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Iesha Jones, 35, of 90 North St., was charged Thursday with misuse of motor vehicle plates.

    State Police - Montville

    Kayla Gordon, 19, of 37 Old Norwich Road, Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Stonington

    Daniel J. Turner, 29, of 65 High St., Unit 4, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Alexis Yougans, 22, of 195 Shaw St., New London, was charged Friday with driving while her license is suspended and failure to have tail lamps illuminated.
