    Jolly for the approaching season in downtown New London

    New London - Employees and a volunteer with the New London City Center Taxing District on Wednesday assemble the city's new 24-foot replica pine tree at the Parade. On Monday they installed 50 holiday wreaths on downtown streetlights.
