Three car crash closes lane on I-84 East in Hartford

Hartford — A three-car crash on I-84 eastbound between exits 46 and 48 has caused traffic to back up.

The accident was reported about 2 p.m., according to the state Department of Transportation. The center lane was closed as a result.

The DOT expects the crash to be cleared in an hour.
