An excavator moves rubble Friday, Jan. 24, 2015, as crews with Manafort Brothers demolish the Kettle Building at the former Norwich State Hospital property in Preston. The Preston Redevelopment Agency is using a $5 million state Urban Act grant to tear down the building.
