    Groton Town

    Jacob M. Yost, 19, of 225 Briar Hill Road was charged Friday with driving as a minor (under age 21) with an elevated blood alcohol content; failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and interfering with police.

    Mideline Boisrond, 32, of 129 Hartland St., Hartford, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    New London

    Thomas Rogers, 37, of 219 Bank St., No. 2, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive at a reasonable distance and failure to carry insurance.

    John M. Barone, 22, of 11 Huntley Court, Niantic, was charged Friday with criminal attempt to possess narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Rakim A. Thorton, 23, of no certain address was charged Friday with engaging an officer in pursuit, reckless driving and driving with a suspended registration.

    David Porter, 31, of 166 Willett's Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Sekiyo Frett, 28, of 571 Ocean Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Ashley M. Smith, 21, of 61 Henry St., Apt. 4, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Tricia L. Sizer, 20, of 35 Hickory St. was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Atianna S. Arder, 19, of 25 Woods Drive was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Christopher Shekmer, 26, of 22 Stoneheights Drive was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, sale of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
