    100 gallons of syrup from 600 trees in Lebanon

    Evelyn Grabber and John Drum, who have been producing syrup commercially since 1991, fed wood into the evaporator firebox at Oweneco Sugar Shack in Lebanon Friday. They hope to make at least 100 gallons of syrup from the sap they will draw from about 600 trees tapped on their property.
