Four artists to perform at Kate in benefit for Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantry
If you're of the Non-Grinch mindset, one of the excellent things about this time of year is the opportunity to buy me presents.
Wait! That came out wrong.
What I meant to say is: "One of the excellent things about this time of year is the opportunity to make others happy — even if you do so anonymously." In fact, those unknown gestures are even more rewarding.
Well, on Friday in Old Saybrook's Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center, the Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantries Benefit takes place. Four tremendous local artists are donating their time, talent and merch sales to provide entertainment. On the bill are the Meadows Brothers, the Ebin-Rose Trio, Hillyn and Frank Nutter, and Lauren Agnelli & Dave Rave.
All proceeds from the tickets and CD/T-shirt sales go directly to the Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantries.
