Multifamily owners get free energy help

A new Connecticut program is offering free energy-efficiency help to owners of affordable multi-family homes throughout the state.

Owners participating in Benchmark CT will receive a free year of software designed launches to dramatically cut energy costs.

The program is being offered by WegoWise, an online provider of monitoring and analytics, along with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and Connecticut Green Bank. Wegowise offers reports highlighting energy and water inefficiencies so customers can save money on utility bills.

Property owners interested in learning more about Benchmark CT can contact Catherine Zelenkofske, programs director at WegoWise, at 617-367-9346 ext. 206, or via email at czelenkofske@wegowise.com.
