    Groton Town

    Nicholas Loriente Silva, 37, of San Antonio, Texas, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    Michael T. O'Donnell, 30, of 6 Arrowhead Trail, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kasem Gjini, 30, of Stamford was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

    Spencer K. Laflamme, 19, of Danielson was charged April 25 with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to sell.

    Kevin Draper, 24, of 9 Day St. was charged April 18 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

    Jasmine E. Draper, 26, of 9 Day St. was charged April 18 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    New London

    Santos Costas, 49, of 254 Eugene O'Neill Drive was charged Thursday with failure to obey a traffic signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Norwich

    Louis Feguins, 24, of 2 Harriet St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

     State police - Montville

    Richard R. Allard, 54, of 116 Victorian Drive, Norwich, was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making a restricted turn.

    Carolann Violissi-Tarnowski, 66, of East Hampton was charged Thursday in Montville with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and distracted driving.

    Juan M. Mieles, 23, of 986 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Sean M. Sunderland, 20, of 20 Foote St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with first-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace and simple trespass.

    Marcus Harris, 18, of 10 Heath Spur, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment.

    A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Susan Buttermore, 57, of 44 Morgan St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
