Colman Street sidewalks still are a mess. On the left side going down street towards Bank Street the sidewalks are getting worse. Living on the corner of Colman and Redden Avenue you can see how broken up they are. I've been trying to keep up with outside maintenance like picking up litter and trimming the many bushes in my yard.

One day a big chunk of old tar broke off and I almost fell. Now, if I had fallen and hurt myself, who would I blame? The City of New London?

My point is, we need new sidewalks with curbing, because I would feel bad if anyone got hurt. So City of New London, you need to be responsible and take care of this. You waste too much of our tax money on issues that never seem to get resolved.
