Follow the fairies to Groton

On Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m., children are invited to search the museum and grounds of the Avery-Copp House in Groton to discover how the fairies decorate for Halloween. The event includes games, craft-making and a tea party with sweets. Costumes are welcome.

Admission is $10, and young children must bring an adult. The event will take place rain or shine. Reservations are required. To reserve, call (860) 445-1637 or send email to averycopphouse@sbcglobal.net. The Avery-Copp House is at 154 Thames St. For more information, visit www.AveryCoppHouse.org.
