Victoria M. Prejean, 21, of 179 Morse Ave. was charged Thursday with failure to obey a control signal, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Robert Coman, 30, of Putnam was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Susan E. Crawford, 57, of 26 Pearl St. was charged Thursday with failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jacqueline Miller, 25, of Torrington was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jason F. Oliver, 42, of 397 Toll Gate Road was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from justice.

Robert Carini, 36, of Deep River was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of narcotics and using a cellphone while driving.

Kristen Macias, 26, of 5 E. Bishop St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Leland Stewart, 51, of 82 Longview St. was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Rose Stavens, 30, of 7 Scotch Cap Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
