Mashantucket — Foxwoods Resorts Casino will host a second Revolution Rock Festival on Saturday, Sept. 9, the event’s producers, AEG Presents, has announced.

Discounted tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Last year’s inaugural event, an all-day outdoor concert, drew between 11,000 and 15,000 fans, according to various estimates. This year's edition will again take place on Mashantucket Pequot-owned land northwest of the Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods.

The lineup includes Five Finger Death Punch, Shinedown, A Day To Remember, Halestorm and Steel Panther.

In a new wrinkle this year, fans who purchase VIP tickets to the festival or hotel packages will be able to attend a Friday night concert Sept. 8 at Foxwoods’ Grand Theater.
