    Jesse B. Brochu, 35, of 68 Oakwood Road, Niantic, was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Diego U. Blanco, 38, of 23 Rose St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Justin M. Burke, 31, of 40 Stoddard’s Wharf Road was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, risk of injury to a minor, and violation of a protective order.

    Yaricely Zenquis, 27, of Meriden, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Ivette Zenquis, 29, of Meriden, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    William S. Reed, 23, of 175 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

    Darrell J. Clark, 36, of 51 Meryl Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Anthony M. Mascia, 24, of Fairfield, was charged Oct. 29 with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stanley Jacovich, 64, of 40 Eastern Ave., New London, was charged Oct. 27 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Crystal L. Bell, 37, of Windsor, was charged Oct. 25 with breach of peace.

    Talya D. Sherman, 20, of Wilmington, N.C., was charged Oct. 25 with breach of peace.

    Michael A. Gonzalez, 28, of Saint Albans, Vt., was charged Oct. 23 with first-degree larceny.

    Marc S. Evankow, 25, of 57 Gungy Road, Lyme, was charged Oct. 17 with possession of narcotics.

    Thomas Matthews, Jr., 62, of Naugatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Edrice C. Derase, 32, of 195 Summit St. was charged Oct. 28 with possession of narcotics and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

    Luther Charles, 54, of 9A Fountain St. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Jamel T. Hadley-Hendrickson, 29, of 11 Woodrow Ave. was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Kelsey N. Lisiewski, 22, of 48 Carely Ave., Jewett City, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

    Michael J. Lawhorn, 26, of 21 Oakwood Knoll Road, Norwich, was charged Friday in Westbrook with violation of probation.

    Michael Pascarelli, 50, of West Haven, was charged Oct. 29 in Old Lyme with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and passing in a no passing zone.

    Michael D. Fagan, 35, of Bridgeport, was charged Oct. 28 in Old Lyme with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance or less than a half ounce of marijuana and second-degree larceny.

    Clint Teixeira, 37, of 25 Lone Pine Trail, Old Lyme, was charged Oct. 28 in Westbrook with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Nikolas A. Morrison, 28, of 47 Russell Road, Norwich, was charged Oct. 20 in Westbrook with misuse of plates, evading responsibility, driving without an ignition interlock device and following too closely.

    Alicia L. Webb, 34, of East Greenwich, R.I., was charged Oct. 16 in Old Lyme with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Paige E. Farley, 26, of Manchester, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and failure to signal a turn.
