    Groton Town

    Faye R. Divita, 42, of 38 Williams Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny, two counts of possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and narcotics not kept in original container.

    Anthony M. Cioci, 27, of 82 Crown Knoll Court, Unit 151, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Emile I. Tsuma, 35, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and two counts of interfering with police.

    Luis M. Ramos-Mirlas, 37, of 187 Huntington St., Unit D10, New London, was charged Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance. 

    Jason D. Westcott, 57, of 14 Round Rock Road, Niantic, was charged Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Juan O. Morales, 29, of 44 Center St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Jerry Hawthorne, 66, of 130 State St., Apt. 3C, was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Doyle Kilpatrick, 56, of 133 Fairview Ave., Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Attiana Fletcher, 21, of 47 Federal St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Scott N. Sears, 27, of 13 Clark Lane, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

    Mindi Jefferies, 43, of 54 Summit Ave. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
