    EMPLOYMENT

    Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has promoted Sundae Franklin to Senior Vice President-Chief Retail Officer overseeing Charter Oak’s 16-branch network as well as the credit union’s branch administration and training teams. Franklin, who lives in the Quaker Hill, has nearly 25 years of financial services experience, including expertise in branch operations and lending operations. She joined Charter Oak in 2008 and served as the manager of Charter Oak’s Niantic branch. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2011 and three years later was named Assistant Vice President-Regional Sales Manager.     Nathan Ramos has been named General Manager of Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets. He most recently serving as store manager of Burlington Stores in Stamford.     CONTRACT

    Rite-Solutions, which has offices in Pawcatuck, was recently awarded a $49.6 million contract to support NUWC’s Activity Chief Information Officer/Information Technology division, which is responsible for strategic planning, operations, maintenance, and compliance of the center’s IT systems and infrastructure. Rite-Solutions will support NUWC headquarters in Newport, R.I., as well as locations in Connecticut, Virginia, Florida and the Bahamas.
