Franklin named VP at Charter Oak

Sundae Franklin of Quaker Hill has been named vice president and sales manager for Charter Oak Federal Credit Union's 14-branch network in eastern Connecticut.

“Sundae has broad banking experience and a detailed knowledge of our branch operations in both New London and Windham counties,” said Brian A. Orenstein, Charter Oak’s chief executive, in a statement.

Franklin has more than 20 years of financial services experience in branch operations and lending. A Charter Oak employee since 2008, she has been a branch manager in Niantic as well as an assistant vice president and regional sales manager.
