NFLer's Camaro to be auctioned at Mohegan Sun

A 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible owned by All-Pro tight end Greg Olson of the Carolina Panthers will be auctioned for charity at next month’s Barrett-Jackson collector car auction at Mohegan Sun.

The event, the first of its kind in the Northeast, will take place June 23-25.

Olsen’s Camaro is to be auctioned June 23, with 100 percent of the “hammer,” or auction, price going to Receptions for Research: The Greg Olsen Foundation. Founded in 2009, the foundation helps hospitals, doctors and scholars enhance the lives of those affected by various forms of cancer and cardiovascular diseases or disorders.
