Job fair scheduled Oct. 29
The annual Fall Job Fair sponsored by The Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton.
Last year, more than 350 job seekers attended the job fair, and that was in miserable weather, said event organizer Richard Zesk. This year, at least 30 booths of exhibitors are expected, featuring a wide variety of businesses, including manufacturing, tourism and nonprofits.

A 2018 Job Fair special section will be published in The Day on Sunday, Oct. 28, and will be available during the event.
