Jeanette M. Lee, 58, of 68 Black Point Road, Apt. 3, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and making an improper turn.

Tia M. Perry, 41, of 120 Walker Hill Road, Groton, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Matthew Stone, 36, of 8 Lisa Lane was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Fredys Almicar Castellanos De Leon, 23, of 1580 Hartford New London Turnpike, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

John Chancellor, 40, of 15 Hope St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer.
