Go-go to the Woodstock Fair

The Woodstock Fair opens its doors for the 155th year this weekend.

What's up at this, the state's largest agricultural fair? Why, midway rides, pulls, agricultural exhibits, animal shows, and tons more.

As far as music goes, this year's concert lineup is led by Belinda Carlisle, the lead singer of the Go-Gos who went on to have her own share of hits, at 8 p.m. Sunday.

Woodstock Fair, 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Fri.-Sun. and 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Mon., 281 Route 169, Woodstock; $12 general admission, $8 for ages 65 and up and for active military with I.D., and free for kids 10 and under; (860) 928-3246.
