Parmesan Salmon Caesar Salad

You know what I loved most about this salad? The big, juicy, delicious slab of salmon sitting atop a mountain of romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan and herb croutons. I was expecting small bits of salmon strewn around, so I was happily surprised by the large piece of salmon. Really, that’s what this dish is all about, since the rest of it is pretty straightforward. I asked for the dressing on the side and ended up not using it so as not to compete with the salmon flavor. The salad is $12 and on the lunch menu. Will I get it again? You bet.
