Managing the dig out is hard for everyone. People with sidewalks are required to clear them of snow for public safety reasons and property owners can face fines otherwise. So it's not helpful if someone digging out their car dumps that snow onto the cleared sidewalk. If you don't have regard for the property owner at least have consideration to the school children and other pedestrians who need safe routes.
