Republicans protect rich, it is that simple

    xxxxx

Republicans have produced political stalemate, extreme inequality, and climate disruption and are oblivious to our country's low rank in national well-being: poverty, inequality, democracy, education, social mobility, infrastructure, health, environment, militarization, etc. Their values are about money, corporate profits, and the projection of national power.

Larry Bartels of the Shayne Chair for Public Policy and Social Science at Vanderbilt University found that the real incomes of middle- class families have grown twice as fast under Democrats as they have under Republicans, while the real incomes of working poor families have grown six times as fast under Democrats as they have under Republicans.

James Gilligan, collegiate professor and M.D. at New York University and author of “Why Some Politicians are more Dangerous than Others” observes that violent deaths (murder and suicides) are strongly correlated with Republican presidencies.

Republicans started this Congress trying to privatize Social Security, making Medicare a voucher system, repealing the Affordable Care Act, cutting food stamps, food safety, student loans, and Veterans benefits. But they increased funding for nuclear weapons, the military, and gave the very wealthy huge tax breaks.

    Be careful who you elect.
