    Iranian boat situation handled properly

Ever listen to radio talk show host Michael Savage with his right-wing, tough-guy attitude?

He ranted about the sailors who were captured in Iranian waters and how they humiliated the U.S.A. by showing them commending their treatment by their captors and apologizing for trespassing.

Savage stormed that he couldn’t understand how the two small ships each with numerous 50-caliber machine guns could be abducted easily and why they didn’t put up a fight? Savage then propagated that the reason for this implemented the U.S.A. show weakness and hold the Obama regime responsible.

The facts are that the U.S. Navy boats had wandered into Iranian waters either by mechanical or personal defect. What difference does it make? If the Iranian Navy had sent small warships into our waters by accident or not certainly, the United States Coast Guard would not let them pass.

By claiming the U.S.A. shows weakness in a sensitive situation with a formidable nation when irresolute negotiations are on deck only invigorates a bully disposition that amplifies its fragility.

The peaceful manner that this situation was handled with broadcasts that we have nothing to worry about and are the most powerful nation in the world with not need to flaunt it.
