It is predictable that President Trump denies any Russian meddling in the 2016 election, after receiving personal assurances from Vladimir Putin that his country wasn’t involved. Ah yes, our president again trusts the words of a ruthless dictator and former KGB agent over our FBI and CIA. Trump clearly reveres Putin’s power, which controls the media, elections, violates human rights, and imprisons and murders political opponents.

It’s embarrassing how much our president admires this dictator and it is no wonder why Putin supported him. Trump's presidency has created chaos in Washington, divisiveness in our country, is indifferent to the destruction of the environment and empowers the wealthy and corporate world. It’s hard to believe any citizen would continue to support his administration, unless they desire to gain more power, or wealth, or because they blindly support Trump, treating him like a demigod.
