Bone-marrow swabs at ccrstudies.com office

Inspired by Madeline Guarraia, an 8-year-old Niantic girl battling cancer, CCRstudies.com in New London has become an official "Be the Match" site for those interested in bone marrow donation.

To further the efforts to find a match for Madeline, the CCRstudies.com office at 342 Montauk Ave. in New London will conduct cheek swabs to determine bone marrow donation eligibility between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Potential donors may also call ahead for a more convenient time, and walk-ins are welcome, though CCRStudies encourages people to call before a visit.
