    Groton City

    Erick Cierto-Rodriguez, 32, of 321 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with a police officer, unsafe backing, reckless driving, and driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

    Ledyard

    Kelli Birkbeck, 48, of 1 Maple St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Norwich

    John Ragan, 54, of 1 Lark Lane, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

    Christopher Vargas-Lebron, 26, of 588 Thames St., Groton, was charged Saturday with possession of a hallucinogen, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Stonington

    John M. Constantine, 52, of 916 Stonington Road was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Siddharth Sharma, 32, of 25 Wilford Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Kevin Gibson, 32, of 3 Voluntown Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Donna L. Greatorex, 53, of Terryville, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Anthony Morales, 59, of 24 Lincoln Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving a motor vehicle by a 16- to 17-year-old between midnight and 5 a.m. and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Adam Morales, 24, of 73 Lincoln Ave., New London, was charged Friday with failure to display or improper use of plates and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license.
