    Phantom, a registered therapy dog, is pet by twins Aria and Chase Floyd, 9, of North Stonington, on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017 at Wheeler Public Library in North Stonington. Phantom, an eight year old Bernese Mountain Dog, lives with Michelle and Kevin Lake in Gales Ferry and has been visiting local libraries and nursing homes for over three years.
