The Historically Black College Alumni of New London is accepting applications for the 23rd annual college tour.

The tour will include visits to Howard University in Washington, D.C.; Morgan State University in Baltimore; Bowie State University in Bowie, Md., Delaware State University in Dover; Cheyney University in Cheyney, Pa.; and Temple University in Philadelphia.

The bus will leave New London High School on April 13 and return April 17. The cost of the trip is $295, which includes hotel accommodations and motor coach transportation.

Students must submit an application, grade transcript and two letters of recommendation. Applications may be downloaded from www.hbca-nl.com.
