    Lyme lamb grabs a kiss

After feeding the 21 lambs that need to be bottle-fed, Victoria Filimon, an employee at Sankow's Beaver Brook Farm in Lyme, stops Thursday to spend time with her favorite. Lambs stay with their mother and siblings for three days, then the smallest are taken away to be bottle fed. This way they will get enough to eat and grow as big as the others. Lambing season started in mid-February on the farm and continues through early May, with 180 lambs born so far this year.
