Groton — The 15th annual Twilight Trail Run, which benefits Safe Futures (formerly the Woman’s Center of Southeastern Connecticut) will be held Friday, May 29, at 6 p.m. at Bluff Point State Park.

Runners have their choice of a 3.4-mile course through Bluff Point or a 7.4-mile course through the park as well as adjacent Haley Farm. The field is limited to 400 runners.

SafeFutures was started in 1976 and today helps more than 6,000 adults and children a year in New London County in dealing with domestic violence and sexual assault.

The event is supported by the Coast Guard Chief Petty Officers Association. More information about the race is at www.twilighttrailrun.com and online registration is available.
