Colorful day on the river

Campers sail Dyer Dhow sailboats as part of the Farm and Sea camp Thursday, June 11, 2015 with the whaleship Charles W. Morgan in the background. The camp, the first for the season, is a joint camp with the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center. In the morning campers, age 8 to 14, spend time at Coogan Farm exploring the farm and doing hands-on activities in the afternoon they go to Mystic Seaport to learn how to sail. (Dana Jensen/The Day)
